Customer Information
- All customised products require 2–3 working days for production. Shipping begins only after the product is fully prepared.
- Customers must provide accurate details including name, photo/design, customization text, address, and contact information.
Any delay or incorrect delivery caused by wrong information will not be the company’s responsibility. - Customised items may be delicate. Customers should open packages carefully and avoid sharp tools that may damage the product.
- A complete unboxing video (from unopened package to full product reveal) is mandatory to process claims related to :
- Damage
- Misprint
- Incorrect product received
- Without video proof claims cannot be accepted.
- Customised items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Returns/Exchanges will be accepted only if:
- The product arrives damaged
- The print or design is incorrect
- A completely different item is received
- Such requests must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video.
- Slight differences in color, brightness, and print placement may occur due to screen settings and printing techniques. These minor variations are not considered defects.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the customization process has started.
- Delivery time may vary based on courier service and location.
- Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded designs, names, or images do not violate copyrights or trademarks.
- Placing an order on our website means the customer agrees to all the above Terms & Conditions.
